2021年度國立臺灣科技大學暨日本九州工業大學學術合作專題研究計畫，自即日起至2021年 06 月 18日(五)17:00受理申請。

◎說明：

 一、計畫目的：透過本校與日本九州工業大學合作研究之學術交流，藉以提升兩校研發能量與學術合作，開發具高應用價值與產業價值之研究主題。

 二、計畫執行期限：本計畫自2021年08月01日起迄2022年03月31日止，共8個月。

 三、專題研究計畫內容：每位計畫主持人得依研究專長申請不同領域（例如：工程、電資…等）之計畫，每位計畫主持人以核定一件為限。計畫經費：每件計畫每年申請之總經費以不超過新臺幣500,000元整為原則。

 四、計畫主持人資格：計畫主持人(含共同主持人、協同主持人)需為兩校專任教師(含研究人員)及專案教師，且經雙方(臺灣科技大學與九州工業大學)計畫主持人同意前提下，得加入第三方機構研究人員參與本計畫。

 五、計畫主持人具有下列情形之一者，不得提出申請：

 (一)本辦法補助之計畫，於執行期滿未辦理結案或繳交成果報告者。

 (二)本辦法補助之計畫，於執行期滿後六個月內未投稿，且執行期滿二年內未有兩校主持人共同合著之SCI、SSCI或A&HCI論文發表者。

 六、申請與執行方式

     (一)由兩校計畫主持人(兩校各一位計畫主持人)共同研提計畫案。

     (二)每位計畫主持人每年可申請本辦法補助之計畫案總件數不得超過二件，複審委員會

(Assessment and Selection Committee,ASC)將以核定一件為限。

 七、申請補助經費

計畫主持人得依計畫實際需要，申請下列各項補助款：

 (一)研究人事費：依科技部補助專題研究計畫專兼任助理人員工作酬金支給標準列計，且計畫主持人不得編列主持費。

 (二)儀器設備費。

 (三)業務費。

 (四)國際差旅費。

八、申請期限及方式

(一)計畫申請期限：自2021年5月14日(五)起迄2021年6月18日(五)17:00，逾時不予受理。

(二)申請方式：請主持人備妥下列文件，送本校研究發展處提出申請：

1. 請備妥研究計畫申請書紙本，並繳交電子檔一份(光碟或電子郵件寄送擇一) 。
2. 兩校計畫主持人之「個人資料表」及「個人研究成果列表」各一份。(如計畫書內所附)
3. 申請截止日前五年已出版最具代表性或與計畫內容相關之學術著作（至多五篇）一份。
4. 計畫凡涉及人體試驗者，應檢附醫學倫理暨人體試驗委員會核准文件一份；涉及基因重組相關實驗者，應檢附生物實驗安全委員會核准之基因重組實驗申請同意書一份；涉及動物實驗者，應檢附動物試驗委員會同意書一份。
5. 審查結果預計於2021年7月 30日(五)通知計畫主持人。

九、計畫執行、成果報告及發表

(一)計畫開始執行半年後，須於2022年1月15日繳交期中報告，且於計畫執行結束後2022年6月30日前繳交研究成果報告一份，並辦理經費結案，其計畫研究成果係作為未來研提申請計畫審議之參考。

(二)計畫主持人須於2022年參與兩校所主辦之本年度成果發表會(或國際研討會)，由計畫主持人負責口頭成果報告。

(三)獲本校計畫通過補助計畫者，計畫執行期間雙方任一方因故無法繼續執行計畫，應取得另一方計畫主持人及校方同意後始得變更計畫主持人，且負擔計畫執行之所有責任與KPI。

十、研究成果發表

(一)計畫主持人應於計畫結束後6個月內至少投稿一篇相關研究成果於SCI、SSCI或A&HCI期刊；2年內完成正式刊登相關研究成果於SCI、SSCI或A&HCI期刊。

(二)由計畫主持人及共同主持人擔任第一作者或通訊作者。

(三)若計畫成果有多篇論文發表，共同主持人之列名及排序參酌其參與程度決定。

(四)其餘作者排序由共同參與之研究人員依實際參與貢獻程度協商後決定。

(五)發表研究成果時，若該研究計畫由日本九州工業大學方主導，請註明『日本九州工業工業大學與國立臺灣科技大學學術合作專題研究計畫經費補助』，英文全名為 Kyushu Institute of Technology - National Taiwan University of Science and Technology Joint Research Program，(Kyutech-NTUST-No. XXXX)，簡稱為Kyutech-NTUST Joint Research Program。若該研究計畫由國立臺灣科技大學方主導，請註明『國立臺灣科技大學與日本九州工業大學學術合作專題研究計畫經費補助』，英文全名為National Taiwan University of Science and Technology - Kyushu Institute of Technology Joint Research Program，(NTUST-Kyutech-No. XXXX)，簡稱為NTUST-Kyutech Joint Research Program。

  十一、計畫執行相關事宜

計畫有關之執行期間、經費分配、動支核銷、變更及延期等所有實質及程序之相關事宜，計畫主持人應各依相關規定辦理。

  十二、研發成果歸屬

計畫之研發成果及其智慧財產權，歸兩校共同擁有，其申請專利、技術移轉、著作授權及權益分配比例依兩校經費分攤比例分配，但任一方均不得低於30%。

Call for Proposal

August 2021/March 2022

Call for Proposal (“CFP”) for Joint Research Program between National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (“Taiwan Tech”) and Kyushu Institute of Technology (“Kyutech”)

               - August 2021 to March 2022 –

1.Purpose

This program promotes mutual cooperative research between Taiwan Tech and Kyutech in order to enhance the research result in international society establishing international industry-academic alliance with overseas universities, institutions and companies. Thus, the program aims to acquire competitive /external funds and publish international joint papers.

2.  Topics for Collaborative Research

The research topics are not limited. It is open to any category.

3. Applicant Qualification

Ⅰ.Applicants who were accepted in the past and fall under the following circumstances are not eligible:

(1) The last year’s joint research project is not completed or the midterm/final report is not submitted yet.

(2) After the project is completed, no SCI, SSCI and A&HCI papers related this joint research project are submitted within 6 months and published within 2 years.

Ⅱ. PIs can applicants each joint research program but total apply can't more two case in the current year yet more than one case the ASC will approved only one.

Ⅲ. The Project may have a researcher(s) from a third party organization if the both Parties agree.

4.  Structure of Research Team

A research project shall consist each research group (Kyutech group and NTUST group). PI from each research group may have any other researchers or graduate students as team members.  

5. Assessment and Selection Committee

Assessment and Selection Committee (“ASC”) consists of faculty members from Taiwan Tech and Kyutech. ASC members assess, select the proposals and approve the budget for the accepted projects. ASC members participate in report meetings and monitors the progress of each project and evaluates.

6.  Research Fund

6.1 Matching Research Fund by Both Universities

Research fund is equally funded by both universities. For Taiwan, the total amount of research fund for 2021 Joint Research Program is up to NTD1,250,000per year. The maximum amount of research fund to each research team is NTD250,000per year.

6.2 Constraints on the Use of Funding

Each university shall be responsible for the management of its own research fund in accordance with each financial rules. The funds shall be used in accordance with each financial rule. The fund can be used for travel, the expense related report meeting, equipment, consumable products, remuneration to students, and miscellaneous expenses. The fund can be used only from August 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022.

8.  Application Deadline

The application must be filed no later than June 18, 2021.

9.  Notification on Accepted Projects

The result including the amount of fund will be announced by July 30 , 2021.　　

About 5 -6 proposals will be accepted

10. PI Meeting and Joint Conference (Report meeting)

10.1 PI Meeting (Kickoff meeting)

PIs from each university must attend the PI Meeting (via teleconferencing, if necessary).

10.2 Joint Conference (Report Meeting)

PIs from Taiwan Tech and Kyutech must attend final report meeting which will be held in 2022.

For the report meeting, the student can attend. However, the presentation should be conducted by PIs.

10.3 Other

PIs from Taiwan Tech and Kyutech must attend International Joint Forum(IFAT) hosted by Tokushima university, Taiwan Tech and Kyutech in 2022, if it is held.

11. Reports　

A joint midterm report must be submitted to Service-center of Project Affairs(ScPA),ORD before January 15th 2022.

A joint final report must be submitted to Service-center of Project Affairs(ScPA),ORD before June 30th, 2022.

12. Paper

At least one paper based on this joint research program must be submitted to the academic journals which are listed in SCI、SSCI and A&HCI within 6monts after the project is completed.

At least one paper based on this joint research program must be published within 2year after the project is completed. Personnel from both Taiwan Tech and Kyutech must appear in the list of authors of the aforementioned papers or listed at Acknowledgements of papers in accordance with authorship .

13.Other

IF PIs Can't continue the Program, the both PI Must fulfill all KPI and need both Parties agree.
