111學年度「國立臺灣科技大學及輔仁大學學術合作研究計畫」,自111年4月1日起至111年5月6日中午12時止受理申請。

◎說明:

一、計畫目的:透過本校與輔仁大學合作研究之學術交流,藉以提升兩校研發能量與學術合作,開發具高應用價值與產業價值之研究主題。

二、計畫執行期限:自111年8月1日起至112年7月31日止。

三、本計畫由主持人依研究專長研提,每位教師以核定一件為限,每案總補助經費至多新臺幣五十萬元(由雙方等額補助)。

四、申請人資格:

(一) 計畫主持人需為雙方專任或專案教研人員。

    第三方機構研究人員得經雙方計畫主持人同意後參與研究計畫。

(二) 如具有下列情形之一者,不得提出申請:

  1. 曾獲本項計畫補助,於執行期滿一個月內未辦理結案並繳交成果報告者。
  2. 曾獲本項計畫補助,於執行期滿後二年內未有雙方主持人共同合著之SCI、SSCI或A&HCI論文發表者。

五、計畫主持人得依計畫實際需要,申請下列各項補助:

  • 業務費。
  • 人事費:依本校相關規定編列,且計畫主持人不得編列主持費。   
  • 設備費。

六、申請期限及方式:

(一) 計畫申請期限:即日起至111年5月6日中午12時止,逾時不予受理。

(二) 計畫申請方式:

  1. 計畫申請書電子檔(word及pdf)請email至研發處 謝玟嫻小姐wenh16@mail.ntust.edu.tw,分機5211。
  2. 計畫凡涉及人體試驗者,應檢附醫學倫理暨人體試驗委員會受理申請文件一份;涉及基因重組相關實驗者,應檢附生物實驗安全委員會受理申請文件一份;涉及動物實驗者,應檢附動物試驗委員會受理申請文件一份。

七、經費結報及成果發表會:

  • 計畫執行結束,應依規定完成經費結報並繳交研究成果報告後,該計畫始為結案。
  • 成果報告應於112年8月31日前繳交,並作為日後申請審議之參考。
  • 計畫主持人須參與兩校共同辦理之成果發表會,並親自進行口頭報告。 
  • 計畫執行期間,雙方任一方主持人如因故無法繼續執行計畫,應取得另一方計畫主持人(校方)同意後始得變更計畫主持人,新任計畫主持人應負擔計畫執行之所有責任與相關KPI。

八、研究成果發表:

  • 計畫執行結束後2年內,應完成正式出版相關研究成果於SCI、SSCI或A&HCI期刊。
  • 期刊發表應由計畫主持人及共同主持人分別擔任第一作者或通訊作者。
  • 若研究成果有多篇論文發表,共同主持人之列名及排序應參酌其參與程度決定。
  • 其餘研究成果作者排序,由共同參與之研究人員依實際參與貢獻程度協商後決定。
  • 研究成果發表時,若該研究計畫由輔仁大學方主導,請註明『輔仁大學與國立臺灣科技大學學術合作研究計畫經費補助』,英文全名為 Fu Jen Catholic University - National Taiwan University of Science and Technology Joint Research Program,(FJCU-Taiwan Tech-No. XXXX),簡稱為FJCU-Taiwan Tech Joint Research Program。若該研究計畫由國立臺灣科技大學方主導,請註明『國立臺灣科技大學與輔仁大學學術合作研究計畫經費補助』,英文全名為National Taiwan University of Science and Technology - Fu Jen Catholic University Joint Research Program,(TaiwanTech- FJCU-No. XXXX),簡稱為Taiwan Tech-FJCU Joint Research Program。

九、計畫執行相關事宜:

計畫有關之執行期間、經費分配、動支核銷、變更及延期等所有實質及程序之相關事宜,計畫主持人應依有關規定辦理。

十、研發成果歸屬:

計畫之研發成果及其智慧財產權,歸雙方共同擁有,其申請專利、技術移轉、著作授權及權益分配比例依雙方經費分攤比例分配,但任一方均不得低於30%。

Call for Proposal 2022 FJCU-TAIWAN TECH

Call for Proposal (“CFP”) for Joint Research Program between National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (“Taiwan Tech”) and Fu Jen Catholic University (“FJCU”)

1. Purpose

This program promotes mutual cooperative research between Taiwan Tech and FJCU in order to enhance the research result in international society establishing international industry-academic alliance with overseas universities, institutions and companies. Thus, the program aims to acquire competitive /external funds and publish international joint papers.

2. Period of Joint Research Project Execution: 2022/8/1~ 2023/7/31

3. Topics for Collaborative Research

The research topics are not limited. It is open to any category.

4. Applicant Qualification

Each applicant is limited to one project for application per year. Fund for such application shall be equally provided by FJCU and NUTST, which amounts no more than 500,000 TWD (Taiwan Tech:250,000 TWD / FJCU:250,000 TWD).

The Project may have a researcher(s) from a third party organization if the both Parties agree.

Any research project shall consist of a research group from both parties. Principal investigator (PI) from each research group may have any other researchers or graduated students as team members.

Applicants who were accepted in the past and fall under the following circumstances are not eligible:

(1) The joint research project was not completed or the final report wasn’t submitted over the past few years.

(2) After completing the project, no SCI, SSCI or A&HCI papers related to this joint research project were published within 2 years.

5. Assessment and Selection Committee

Assessment and Selection Committee (“ASC”) consists of faculty members from Taiwan Tech and FJCU. ASC members assess, select the proposals and approve the budget for the accepted projects. ASC members participate in report meetings and monitors the progress of each project and evaluates.

6. Constraints on the Use of Funding

Each university shall be responsible for the management of its own research fund in accordance with each financial rules. The funds shall be used in accordance with each financial rule. The fund can be used for travel, the expense related report meeting, equipment, consumable products, remuneration to students, and miscellaneous expenses.

8. Application Deadline

The application must be filed no later than 12 pm, May.6, 2022.

9. Notification on Accepted Projects

Application decision will be announced by Jul. 31, 2022.

For those involved in human trials, a copy of the approval document of the Medical Ethics and Human Testing Committee should be attached; for those involved in genetic recombination experiments, a copy of the consent form for genetic recombination experiments approved by the Biological Experiment Safety Committee should be attached; Animal experimenters should attach a copy of the consent form of the animal experiment committee.

10. Joint Conference (Report Meeting)

PIs from Taiwan Tech and FJCU must attend final report meeting.

For the report meeting, the students may also allow to attend the meeting of the report. However, the presentation should be conducted by PIs.

11. Reports

A joint final report must be submitted before Aug.31, 2023.

12. Paper

At least one paper based on this joint research program must be published within 2 years after the project is completed. Personnel from both Taiwan Tech and FJCU must be listed as authors of the aforementioned papers or listed at Acknowledgements of papers in accordance with authorship.

13. Other

Should a PI be unable to continue with the project, the PI may be substituted only upon the consent of the other PI. The new PI shall assume full responsibility of project execution and KPI.
